Cancellations & Refunds
The payment is due in full 1 week before the activities commence.
All cancellations must be in writing by email. Until the customer has received confirmation the original booking remains valid.
The customer will be charged on the following basis:
100% of the total course fee where cancellation takes place within the period of 14 days before the commencement date of the course; or where cancellation takes place on or after the commencement date of the course.
If a replacement booking can be obtained for the same date, the customer will be refunded 85% of their booking fee.
If weather conditions necessitate a cancellation, the workshop will be rescheduled to a mutually agreeable date.
Green Island Studios reserves the right to cancel workshops due to unforeseen circumstances, such as illness. In this instance all fees paid will be refunded to the customer.
It is the responsibility of the clients to ensure they have adequate insurance cover for themselves and their equipment. Green Island Studios is absolved of any and all liabilities arising from any and all claims if the customer is not adequately insured.
The customer acknowledges that they must be in good health and have no issues that might impede or prevent participating in this walking activity.
It is the responsibility of the clients to ensure they have adequate insurance cover for themselves and their equipment. It is understood and acknowledged that Green Island Studios does not accept liability for bodily injury, illness or death caused to the person/s named above and that the client is responsible for their own actions during the walks.
It is the responsibility of the clients to wear adequate clothing and footwear for the activity and weather conditions as stated on the supplied booking confirmation sheet.
